Combine all ingredients in a 4-to-6 quart slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours. Yields about 1 cup chicken with sauce per serving.

This recipe can be adapted to cook in a dutch oven, and either baked or cooked over a campfire/coals. Simply assemble the ingredients in a dutch oven and then bake/cook at 400° for 3o-minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
