Combine lemon juice, canned green chilis, sugar, salt, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional)
If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture to remove chili bits.
Serve chilled
Pour over ice and garnish with mint or lemon slices. For a fizzy twist, use soda water instead of plain water.

We tried her Green Chili Lemonade before taking off on the trail for our 2025 trip to Philmont Scout Ranch. Everyone who tried her lemonade, raved about it the entire time we were on trail!
