Whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and Truvia in a shallow pie pan. Dip tortilla in plate and then save remaining egg mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam. Transfer tortilla to skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side and set aside.
Cook your leftover egg mixture in the skillet and then place on top of wrap.
Add mixed berries and roll up and cut in half. Drizzle with 1 tsp of honey.
