Ingredients

uncooked old fashioned oats

unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3
cups
light artificially sweetened yogurt
strawberry or blueberry

mixed berries

lemon zest

ground cinnamon

pinch
salt

tbsp
sliced almonds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a medium jar or large glass; stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with almonds; serve.

For those with tree-nut allergies, low-fat or skim milk can be used in place of almond milk, and the sliced almonds can be omitted.
