Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

cup
plain whole milk yogurt
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1/2
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
honey

tsp
vanilla
1/8
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
To make the pudding: in a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
Notes
Serve with strawberries, blueberries, and granola for a parfait.
