Bourbon Aperol Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 oz Prosecco

Instructions

  • Pour bourbon, Aperol simple syrup, and orange bitters into a lowball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with Prosecco. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with orange twist, if desired. Serve immediately.
