Ingredients

eggs

tbsp
milk

tbsp
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
2
tbsp
honey
2
tsp
vanilla
4
slices
wheat or ezekiel bread
Instructions
Heat skillet over medium to medium high heat, spray with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients and spices together in shallow bowl/dish (except bread).
Coat both sides of bread in eggs and spice mixture and put on skillet.
Cook for a couple minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with fresh berries and some pure maple syrup.
