Simmer black beans on low in a small sauce pan for 4-5 minutes with 1/4 teaspoon off salt - stir often.
In a pan, heat oil on low to medium heat - add diced peppers with 1/4 teaspoon salt - saute for 5 minutes until soft. Add frozen corn, stir and cook for another 2 minutes until corn is cooked. Then add seasonings to peppers and corn.
