Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- To make the pudding: in a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
Notes
Serve with strawberries, blueberries, and granola for a parfait.
