Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • To make the pudding: in a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2 hours).

Notes

Serve with strawberries, blueberries, and granola for a parfait.
