Ingredients

  • 2 AmyLu Chicken Sausage sliced
  • 5 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken Strips
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2/3 cup roasted corn

Cajun Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt Fage 0%
  • 1 tsp creole/cajun seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Franks Buffalo Wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp light sour cream

Instructions

  • Whisk up your dip ingredients and put into the fridge.
  • Set your air fryer to 400℉.
  • Add the chicken to your air fryer and set for 10 minutes.
  • When you have 8 minutes left on the air fryer, add your sausages.
  • Heat up your corn and rice.
  • Once your chick is cooked, cut into bite size pieces.
  • Assembly your bowl, sprinkle the creole/cajun seasoning, and drizzle the cajun dipping sauce.
