Cajun Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 AmyLu Chicken Sausage sliced
- 5 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken Strips
- 1 cup white rice
- 2/3 cup roasted corn
Cajun Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt Fage 0%
- 1 tsp creole/cajun seasoning
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Franks Buffalo Wing sauce
- 1 tbsp light sour cream
Instructions
- Whisk up your dip ingredients and put into the fridge.
- Set your air fryer to 400℉.
- Add the chicken to your air fryer and set for 10 minutes.
- When you have 8 minutes left on the air fryer, add your sausages.
- Heat up your corn and rice.
- Once your chick is cooked, cut into bite size pieces.
- Assembly your bowl, sprinkle the creole/cajun seasoning, and drizzle the cajun dipping sauce.
