Rosemary Garlic Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon juice of
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add additional water in 1 tbsp increments.
- Transfer into a sealable container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Use as desired!
