Double-berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/3 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 cups light artificially sweetened yogurt strawberry or blueberry
- 3/4 cups mixed berries
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a medium jar or large glass; stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with almonds; serve.

For those with tree-nut allergies, low-fat or skim milk can be used in place of almond milk, and the sliced almonds can be omitted.
