Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cups light artificially sweetened yogurt strawberry or blueberry
  • 3/4 cups mixed berries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a medium jar or large glass; stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with almonds; serve.

For those with tree-nut allergies, low-fat or skim milk can be used in place of almond milk, and the sliced almonds can be omitted.
