21 Day Fix French Toast
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 slices wheat or ezekiel bread
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium to medium high heat, spray with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients and spices together in shallow bowl/dish (except bread).
- Coat both sides of bread in eggs and spice mixture and put on skillet.
- Cook for a couple minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh berries and some pure maple syrup.
