Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 slices wheat or ezekiel bread

Instructions

  • Heat skillet over medium to medium high heat, spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix all ingredients and spices together in shallow bowl/dish (except bread).
  • Coat both sides of bread in eggs and spice mixture and put on skillet.
  • Cook for a couple minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh berries and some pure maple syrup.
