Vegan Nacho Cheese

Ingredients
- 15 oz butter beans drained and rinsed, or any other type of white beans
- 4 oz canned diced jalapenos
- 1 cup unsweetened dairy free milk
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until a thickened, creamy, well-combined sauce.
- Serve warm.
- Top with diced tomatoes and/or jalapenos to serve.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
