Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Mix/stir again before serving and enjoy!
