Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp powdered peanut butter

Instructions

  • Pour ingredients into an 8-ounce jar and seal the lid. Shake vigorously, until ingredients are well-combined. Store in refrigerator overnight to chill.
