Cane’s Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon freshly coarsely ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. Don’t skip this step or it will not taste like Cane’s. Serve with your favorite chicken fingers, fries, or tater tots, or as an aioli for sandwiches and burgers.
