Ingredients

  • 15 oz butter beans drained and rinsed, or any other type of white beans
  • 4 oz canned diced jalapenos
  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy free milk
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend for 5 minutes or until a thickened, creamy, well-combined sauce.
  • Serve warm.
  • Top with diced tomatoes and/or jalapenos to serve.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
